Return Policy
At BP Life, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Products must be free from damage or alteration
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date
Products that are opened, used, damaged, or returned outside the return window may not qualify for a refund.
How To Start A Return

Include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
Before sending your return, you must print and complete our Return Authorization Form and include it inside the package so we can properly identify and process your return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BP Life is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return has been received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you received the incorrect item, BP Life must be notified immediately after delivery.
Please email customerservice@bpdistributing.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
This documentation is required so a shipping claim can be filed when applicable.
Approved damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BP Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance in these situations.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. BP Life is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Refused Deliveries
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping fees and handling charges deducted from the refund amount.
