All international packages are dispatched via UPS and include a commercial invoice listing your contact details. It is essential that you provide accurate and complete shipping and contact information when placing your order, including an email address and phone number.

UPS may reach out to you directly to request additional documentation or to coordinate delivery. Failure to respond may delay or prevent the release of your shipment.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or other customs-related charges, which are determined by your country’s government. These fees are based on the declared full value of the goods and shipping costs and are not included in your purchase price at checkout.

UPS will collect these fees directly from you before or at the time of delivery. BP Life does not control or estimate these charges.

Returns, Refunds & Restrictions

We understand that international shipping can come with uncertainties. Here's how we handle refunds for international orders:

  • If your package is refused by customs and returned to us, you will receive a full refund for your order (excluding original shipping charges).

  • If your package is lost or destroyed by the shipping carrier, we will issue a full refund and file a claim with UPS on your behalf.
