International Shipping Policy

BP Life proudly ships internationally to many countries worldwide.

If your country is available during checkout, international shipping is currently supported for your destination.

If your country does not appear during checkout, we have determined that customs restrictions, carrier limitations, or import regulations may prevent successful delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to:

  • import taxes
  • customs duties
  • tariffs
  • brokerage fees
  • VAT/GST or other local fees

These charges are NOT included in the checkout total.

The customer is solely responsible for any fees charged by their country’s customs agency or shipping carrier.

Customers will typically be contacted by the shipping carrier once the package arrives in the destination country.

Refused Shipments & Unpaid Customs Fees

If a customer refuses delivery or declines to pay customs/import fees:

  • the package may be returned to BP Life
  • the product cost may be refunded once received back
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds will only be issued after the returned package has been successfully received and inspected.

Customs Delays & Seizures

International shipments may be delayed by customs processing, which is outside the control of BP Life and the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

BP Life cannot guarantee that international shipments will clear customs successfully.

If a package is seized, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities, BP Life will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for reimbursement or replacement.

Shipping Timeframes

International shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary significantly depending on:

  • destination country
  • customs processing
  • local carrier performance
  • holidays
  • weather or geopolitical disruptions

BP Life is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Tracking Information

Tracking updates may temporarily pause while shipments are undergoing customs inspection or transfer between international carriers.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

BP Life is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Restricted Products

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.

By placing an international order, the customer accepts responsibility for ensuring the ordered products comply with local laws and import regulations.
