BP Life proudly ships orders throughout the United States.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours from the time the order is placed.

Business operations are conducted daily between:

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

Carrier pickups typically occur around 2:00 PM CST.

Orders placed after carrier pickup may ship the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.


Shipping Carriers

BP Life primarily ships domestic orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • DHL Ecommerce
  • other regional carriers when applicable

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to process orders quickly, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • severe weather
  • carrier operational issues
  • missed carrier pickups
  • holidays
  • high order volume
  • natural disasters or events outside our control

BP Life is not responsible for carrier-related transit delays once an order has been shipped.


Expedited Shipping & 2nd Day Air

Expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air refer to transit time after the package has been shipped and picked up by the carrier.

Please note:

  • orders placed later in the day may not ship until the following business day
  • carriers typically do not count weekends toward transit times
  • orders placed using 2nd Day Air on Thursday or Friday may not arrive within two calendar days

Example:

  • A package shipped on Friday via 2nd Day Air may arrive the following Tuesday.

Customers should plan accordingly when selecting expedited shipping services.


Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically provided via email once the order has shipped.

Please allow carriers time to scan and update tracking information after pickup.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

BP Life is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BP Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery disputes or missing packages.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, BP Life must be notified immediately.

Include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the shipping box and packaging

This documentation is required for carrier claims.

Approved damaged shipments will be replaced at no additional cost.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on state or local regulations.

BP Life reserves the right to cancel or restrict shipments where required by law or carrier policy.
